R1T Home Charging Bundle Offer Terms and Conditions

This offer (the “Offer”) is made by Rivian, LLC and is made available in conjunction with the purchase and delivery of a new Rivian R1T vehicle through Rivian’s public online shop on or before December 31, 2023. Qualifying purchasers will receive a Rivian Wall Charger the (“Charger”) and a credit of up to $2,000 through Qmerit toward residential installation of such Charger (the “Installation”) at no additional cost, subject to the terms, conditions, qualifications, and limitations described in the offer description page and these Terms and Conditions.

The terms “you”, “your” and “purchaser” refer to the purchaser of an Eligible Vehicle. The terms “Rivian”, “us”, “we” and “our” refer to Rivian, LLC.

Offer eligibility: To qualify for this Offer, you must purchase a new Rivian R1T vehicle available in inventory through Rivian’s online shop (the “Eligible Vehicle”) from November 16, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Access to, and vehicle availability through, Rivian’s online shop is limited. Some customers may not see Eligible Vehicles based on time or geography. Purchases of custom vehicle configurations/builds are excluded from this Offer.

This Offer is available only to purchasers who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence, who physically reside in the United States or Canada, and who purchase and register an Eligible Vehicle in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) or Canada. Charger installation through Qmerit is not available in all areas. Contact Qmerit at customerservice@qmerit.com, or call (888) 272-0090, to learn more about available service areas.

Offer: Rivian is offering to give eligible purchasers of Eligible Vehicles a Charger valued at $750 and installation credit toward the residential installation of the Charger of up to $2,000 if charger installation is completed through Qmerit. The total potential value of this offer is $2,750. The Charger and installation credit of up to $2,000 are not redeemable for cash.

Charger installation costs vary. Variables that may affect installation costs include charger location, proximity of the electrical panel, condition of wiring, and more. You will not receive payments for any remaining credit amounts, and you are responsible to pay for any installation costs above $2,000. Any changes or upgrades to your wiring/electrical system that are not necessary to install the Charger and have it function properly pursuant to applicable building codes are excluded from this Offer. This Offer is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by, taxed, or restricted by law. Installation credit is not available through any other provider of charger installation services.

Redeeming the Offer: Once a qualifying purchaser selects an Eligible Vehicle from Rivian’s online shop and confirms their order, Rivian will email a digital link to register for shipment of the Charger and for sharing contact information with Qmerit. You must complete this registration form to accept the Offer and obtain the Charger. Qmerit will contact you via email to arrange installation services. You must use the token Qmerit provides you in that email to accept the Offer and receive the Charger installation credit. Rivian will ship the Charger for qualifying purchases, and Qmerit will email you the described link, once you purchase the Eligible Vehicle. At the time of installation, Qmerit will bill qualifying purchasers directly for any installation costs over $2,000 and/or for any installation costs excluded from this Offer. Charger installation must be completed by March 1, 2024 or this Offer is void.

Return of the Purchased Vehicle: If after purchase, Rivian repurchases the Eligible Vehicle from you under Rivian’s 7-day/1000 mile return policy or if you do not take delivery of the Eligible Vehicle on or before December 31, 2023 and the Charger has not been installed, you will be required to return the Charger with the vehicle. If the Charger has been installed or if you do not return the Charger with the vehicle, Rivian will offset the cost of the Charger ($750) and the cost of installation services up to $2,000, as applicable, from the amount paid to you for such returned vehicle. If you do not follow through with your purchase of the Eligible Vehicle, Rivian will offset against any amounts you have paid to Rivian the cost of any unreturned Charger and any Charger installation costs up to $2000 that you received under this Offer.

Additional Conditions: This Offer is limited to one Charger and one installation credit of up to $2,000 for each purchase of an Eligible Vehicle. Only those listed as a buyer/owner on the applicable purchase contract for an Eligible Vehicle may obtain this Offer, and this Offer is not transferable. No discounts or credits will be offered for alternatives. Theft, diversion, reproduction, transfer, sale or purchase of this Offer is strictly prohibited. This Offer is not redeemable in any manner other than provided herein. Rivian will not honor requests that do not comply with all Offer requirements. Installation must conform to the Rivian Wall Charger Installation Guide and is only available on residential property. You are responsible for all other costs associated with the Charger, its installation, and any other costs related charging the Eligible Vehicle.

Agreement to Offer Terms and Conditions: By participating in the Offer, you fully agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Offer requirements described in the Offer description page as the official rules of the Offer and agree to be bound by the decisions of Rivian, which are final and binding in all matters. If you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if you attempt to interfere with this Offer in any way, you shall be ineligible. Rivian reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or any portion thereof, is found to be unenforceable, such portion shall be stricken without affecting the validity of the remaining portions of such Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions incorporate by this reference, to the extent applicable, the Rivian General Terms and Conditions located at Rivian.com/legal/terms and you acknowledge receipt of the Rivian Data Privacy Notice located at Rivian.com/legal/privacy.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement governing participation in the Offer and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether or not written, and are not intended to confer upon any person other than the parties, including any creditors, any rights, or remedies hereunder. Rivian’s failure to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any such provision. Participation in the Offer may be cancelled by Rivian, in its sole discretion, if you conceal or misrepresent any material fact or circumstance, including but not limited to your personal information, the Eligible Vehicle, or any information provided in connection with the Offer.

Disclaimers & Warranties: The Charger is covered by the Rivian Wall Charger Warranty Guide that can be accessed at rivian.com/support/article/wall-charger-warranty-guide. Neither Rivian nor Qmerit provide any other representation or warranty related to the Charger. Charger installation services are arranged by Qmerit and installation may be performed by third-party electricians. Rivian is not part of any agreements, arrangements, or services provided to you through Qmerit, and Rivian does not provide any representation or warranty, and hereby expressly disclaims any and all representations or warranties related to the charger installation services, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose, or timing and availability of charger installation. Rivian further disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damage to or loss of personal or commercial property, loss of use, cost of purchase of replacement goods, or claims of eligible purchasers that result from the use of the Charger or installation of such Charger.
